These terms describe the rules for using Vietls, including account responsibilities, user content, acceptable use, paid access, third-party services, and service availability.
By accessing or using Vietls, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies linked from this page. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Paid plans, billing cycles, credits, plan changes, cancellations, refund reviews, and subscription-specific rules are governed by the purchase policies linked from the pricing surface and this page.
Credits are a usage allowance for eligible software workflows. They are not cash, stored monetary value, or transferable property, and they cannot be redeemed outside the service.
Credit quotes may be estimated before processing. Final consumption may vary based on duration, characters, processing seconds, model or provider choice, output quality, retry behavior, and the operation actually completed.
Some workflows reserve credits before processing and commit them only after eligible work completes. Blocked, cancelled, failed, or unusable operations release only still-valid reserved credits unaffected by a payment refund; expired or refund-recovered credits are not restored.
Checkout providers, merchant-of-record services, banks, card networks, tax systems, or app marketplaces may apply additional transaction-level terms.
Vietls may restrict, suspend, or remove the affected paid access if payment fails, a charge is reversed, abuse is detected, or required account information cannot be verified. Refund-related credit and benefit adjustments follow the Refund Policy; benefits funded by other, unrefunded payments and unrelated credit balances are preserved.
Vietls may integrate with third-party authentication, payment, storage, analytics, media, AI processing, publishing, or infrastructure providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
If you connect or publish to a third-party platform, you are responsible for following the rules of that platform and for ensuring that your content is authorized for that use.
Vietls is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, account decisions, API changes, or content moderation actions.
Vietls is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vietls does not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, uninterrupted, legally compliant for your use case, or accepted by any third-party platform.
You are responsible for reviewing generated subtitles, translations, metadata, voice previews, downloads, exports, and publishing settings before using or distributing them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vietls will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Vietls may update these terms as the product, providers, legal requirements, or business terms change. Material updates will be reflected on this page by changing the last updated date.
