This policy explains what information Vietls collects, how that information is used to operate the service, and what choices users have over their account and workflow data.
By default, Vietls processes raw user content to provide, secure, and support the requested workflow. Raw content is not automatically converted into general model-training or third-party licensing data merely because it was uploaded.
Vietls may retain minimized structured interaction and derived workflow signals for internal product improvement. These signals can include proposal, acceptance, rejection, correction, timing, style, quality, and performance data, but the analytics path is designed not to include raw media, transcript text, subtitle text, or file names.
Private AI Memory, when enabled, may retain account- or workspace-specific preferences and workflow context for personalized assistance. Private AI Memory is not model-training permission.
Vietls Learning and any Data Partnership are separate programs. Enrollment records the permitted data, purposes, rights scope, policy version, retention, and withdrawal status. Data Partnership permission is not bundled into Vietls Learning permission.
Users are responsible for having the rights needed to submit, process, download, publish, or share any content they bring into the service.
Operational metadata and generated outputs may be retained as needed to provide account history, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, support billing, or satisfy legal and security obligations.
Vietls keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Retention periods may vary by data type. Security logs, billing records, support requests, generated assets, and temporary processing files may follow different operational schedules.
Temporary processing data is normally assigned a short automatic deletion deadline. Minimized derived product interaction data may be retained for up to 24 months for internal improvement unless a shorter period or an applicable opt-out applies. Private AI Memory remains linked to the account or workspace until disabled or deleted, subject to backup and legal exceptions.
Learning samples and partnership data follow the retention terms shown when the user joins that program. A withdrawal stops new uses and schedules eligible source data for deletion or exclusion from future datasets; it may not reverse models or aggregate results already completed where reversal is technically impossible or not legally required.
Users may request account or data assistance through the in-app account support flow. Some records may need to be kept when required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.
Vietls uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Users should keep account credentials safe and avoid uploading content they are not authorized to process.
The service and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where a user is located, subject to provider controls and applicable legal requirements.
Vietls may update this policy as the product, infrastructure, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page by changing the last updated date.
For privacy, account, or data requests, use the in-app account support flow when signed in, or the support path made available through the service.
