Subscription Service Terms

This page defines the public terms that apply to paid subscription access for subtitle extraction, Shorts preparation, translation, text conversion, and voice workflow software.

Service scope

Audio Sync and Graphics → Captions are not available at launch; purchasing or upgrading a plan does not enable them. API/MCP access and team workspaces are planned and are not included in the launch offering.
Paid plans provide browser-delivered software access for subtitle extraction, subtitle editing, Shorts preview or render preparation, translation, text conversion, TTS preview, and related workflow automation features.
The service is digital software access, not a sale of physical goods or guaranteed offline deliverables.
Feature sets, usage limits, and availability can evolve as the product, infrastructure, or provider integrations change.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security and preventing unauthorized use of your credentials.
You must have the legal rights required for any source media, subtitles, scripts, uploads, downloads, or publish-ready assets processed through the service.
You are responsible for complying with platform rules, copyright obligations, and any regional laws that apply to your content or distribution workflow.

Operational enforcement and provider notices

Vietls may rate limit, suspend, or restrict access when abuse, fraud risk, unlawful usage, or operational instability is detected.

When practical, material changes to plan structure or paid feature behavior should be reflected in the pricing surface or related public policy pages before broad rollout.

If a payment checkout shows tax handling, merchant-of-record terms, or transaction-specific billing notices, those checkout-level notices apply to the specific purchase event.
