How Vietls handles account, workflow, analytics, billing, diagnostics, and support data.
Read documentThis page explains when refund reviews may apply, when refunds are generally not issued, and how cancellation differs from a refund request.
After a refund is confirmed, unused credits and future monthly grants from that payment are reduced in proportion to the refunded amount, using the original allowance as the basis. Benefits end when all funding for that paid period has been refunded.
Annual upgrades track new payments and carried-over prepaid value separately. A later refund of an earlier payment reduces only the benefits funded by its carried-over value. Benefits funded by other, unrefunded payments are preserved.
These adjustments do not take credits from unrelated free or separately purchased balances. Credits removed because of a refund are not restored when a processing job fails or its reservation expires.
Cancelling a subscription is intended to stop a future renewal. It does not by itself reverse the current billing cycle.
If a refund of separately purchased credits is approved, only unused credits from that purchase are adjusted. Subscription payment refunds follow the proportional credit adjustments described on this page.
If a checkout or payment provider shows transaction-specific refund or dispute steps, those provider instructions apply alongside this public policy.
Mandatory consumer rights in your region apply even when they provide stronger protection than this policy.
